Below are the most common forms used for new hires. Most forms are fillable (but are not able to be saved) so complete the form, print the form and return to your employer or to our office. In addition, if you've provided us with an email address, you will have access to our online portal where you can change your address, download copies of your paystubs and your Forms W-2 when they become available. Our employee portal is also available via a smartphone app (search for "Employee Portal by Payroll Relief" in the iTunes app or Adroid app stores.) Our firm code will be provided to you when you provide an email address.
